Post subject: Veggie Burgers??!!
Has anyone here tried veggie burgers as a healthy eating option? Why or why not? If so, what makes the best burger? And what are some good brand choices? Any input would be greatly appreciated!!

I personally never tried them, but my sister inlaw eats them all the time. I never wanted to try one, but they might be pretty good.

I love making homemade food from scratch and have made veggie and meat burgers before, and they have been most yummy. Used various ingredients, but always a little of potatoe in them, herbs, spices, the meat, or the vegetables, spruce them up and stick them either in the oven or on a pan, or even on a grill. No fat, and superbly yummy and nutrional. The winning taste is in the burger itself.
