I think there's a lot of different issues we could discuss here. What are you thoughts on it? Aaron

I mean, people might no longer be ordering those collagen lips, facelifts, etc off the menu, but perhaps one day could be simply just choosing completely new faces out of catalogues of dead people?

That's an interesting question. Intuition tells us that organ donation will serve those who are in need in most cases, but it's not so sure if face donation will serve who are actually in need.
