Post subject: Gym in the Morning
I like to go to the gym in the morning before I head to work. I shower at the gym and then just head to work from there.
What about you? When do you like to get your exercise?

It is always the easiest to find time first time in the morning. During the day you can always find excuses.

we have a gym on-site. I bike in (17km) then work out or shower
sometimes I just take the streetcar in then workout
I have to get up WAY earlier, but it's worth it!!!

I try to go in the mronings because it is really the best time to go, especially to do cardio, but many times I am just to busy and have to go after work.

I'm not good on a morning. Too tired from working late the night before.

you SHOULD be eating after your morning work out. If you are not you are going to feel "sleepy". Make sure to replenish your body with good proteins and the right kind of carbs (and right amount, dont over eat and ruin your workout efforts)

I prefer to go to the gym in the morning before work, it wakes me up and gets the blood pumping. Although at the moment I'm a bit over waking up at 6am every morning to go to the gym.

if you are getting up that early, then it is good to go and get it out of the way for the rest of the day!

I don't go to the gym but will start soon. Company I work with is building a new building that has a gym and cafeteria in it so now I won't have an excuse not to work out.

That is the hardest part about going in the morning. Right now I am getting up for the gym 3 days a week at 5:30 and then another 2 days I get up at 5:30 to play hockey.
Crazy I know, but I love hockey.
