As for how I make it, see this thread over at Aardvark.

It's good - I'm having it about once a week, using paste I have in the freezer.

Tonight I'm having Cumberland pie.

it was a good time. to much bad food to eat and way to much GOOD drinks to drink, lol. We had fun and danced the night away.

Compared to what you get at Thai restaurants, how’s that coming along?

(It’s not the same thing, but I tried to make Indian curry quite a few times. I was never able to make it like the authentic that I get around here …)
