What are some healthy ways to deal with grief... I've lost my mother (7 years go) and my wife just recently lost an uncle who was very close ( I considered him eone of my best friends...also is there anyone with tips on helping a 7 year old understand death and deal with loss as well? |

a lot of family support and love is always an important starting point. having a big support system is the main think I think |
