I think I read somewhere that it was suspected that 1 in 3 people have some kind of mental health condition at some point in their lives.

Is this true?

How can something like this be accurately measured when possibly many of those suffering don't come forward?

We all experience mental activity, it's a natural way of means. I don't think 'suffer' would be the appropriate word for it. We just undergo changes, in relation to our own understanding and view of the world around us, in turn the processes all mingle in our cognitive sphere, and affect or target a part of our brain. In a sense the 'suffering' part is when individuals are not understanding their own mental processes, thus affecting them in the current momentum. Our mentality, serves a purpose. It's a guide, to how we perceive the world. In linkage, with our own understanding of the sub-conscious and conscious world.

I think all events depends upon daily routine , if you are doing all your work properly and keeping your mind free in more then times, then you can not suffer any problem related to your mind.
