Post subject: Training and mental health
Is there any research in terms of training and stress?
I have found that if I am working out I am able to relieve my stress very effectively. WHen I am not going to the gym, work home and life in general start to get to me.

Do you know of any papers that have found this correlation? I would be interested in finding out why this is.

Can't you just work it out, individually?
It's quite simple to do so.

well there are many medical papers that show this if you search for them - but in laymen terms - you work out - your metabolism is higher, giving you more energy, burning more calories, and generally making your healthier, which is positive on many many different levels
