Do you think that less sleep can make you more inclined to get sick? I sleep on average about 7-8 hours, depending when I want to wake up. I end up going to sleep after 1am, and sleeping till either 9am or 12 depending, on my daily intake of understanding. Everyone has different sleep patterns, and I don't think sleep can make you sick in any way, as it acts as a charger for us each night, however less hours you sleep. Of course, if you enjoy sleeping and are not used to take short sleeping periods, than you may very well be disturbed for a time, in order for the adaptation to take effect. This may effect you mentally, and cause a distress, leading to physical sickness even. As mentioned before, it very much depends on how open you are to changes as well as being mentally and physically aware. |
