Hi all,
My family drinks way to many sodas, and I am trying to stop them from doing that. My mother is a diabetic and I can't give her orange juice unless her sugar is low. I am looking to make some really good juice drinks. Can anyone help me? Thanks!

I'm not sure on the stats, but isn't the sugar level in natural fruit juices still lower than that in sodas (assuming they're not diet sodas)...?

well yes of course, but generally I live by this (if possible)

Try to eat 6 times a day OR follow this schedule:
7am - Protein, Carb
9:30am - Protein, Carb
12:30pm - Protein, Carb
3:30pm - Protein, Vegetable
5:30pm - Protein, Vegetable
7:00pm - Protein, Vegetable
NOTHING AFTER

Notes:

* Try to eat at least six meals daily
* Make each meal count. If you eat anything, consider it a meal.
* Eliminate any and all refined sugars and sweets
* Reduce caffeine intake and incease water intake. NO ALCOHOL!
* ALL heavy starches o be consumed by 1-2 pm. For example: break, pasta and rice
* 1 serving of protein should be consumed with every meal
* Limit dairy intake to EARLY in the day
* All fruits should be consumed BEFORE 1-2pm. NO fruit juice
* Multi vitamin everyday
* Max amount of time between meals in 3 hours
* Protein always first choice then carbs to be added.
* Limit sugary condiments such as salad dressings
* Meal replacement bars and shakes to be used if sugar free.

Hi, it’s very important to have good juice recipes that help you to keep the doctor away and keep healthy. Here I am talking about an article that has two immunity boost juice recipes. The first recipe can boost your immune system's fighting power. The second can help you fight the flu if you already have it while giving your immune system a boost. You can enjoy these juices as much or as little as you want. You can drink one everyday or up to three times a day depending on if you are sick or just improving your immune system. Remember, listen to your body. If you are juicing often and your body is sending you signals to slow down your intake, read an article about organic juice recipe …..
