Okay, sometimes when I cough really hard, only when its a hard cough...I get this sharp stabbing pain in my private area. I am a male, 23 years old. Its not in my....Testes (trying to make this not profane, lol) but its in that area... I had an undecended teste when I was young and I know that opens the door for a better chance of testicular cancer. I am not too worried about getting cancer, personally but I could do without the pain but I'd rather know what it is before wasting my money on the medical people...of my area... Thanks

The good news is that you won't die from it but the sooner you take care of it, the better. It's usually solved with a small surgery and a day at the hospital.
