Has anyone tried CocoaVia, the new product from (I think) Nestle that's supposed to actually be good for lowering cholesterol? I ordered some and am waiting for it to arrive, probably today. Does anyone know if it actually works? Can you cook with it or will melting alter it too much?

They recommend eating two servings a day, and though I'm an admitted chocoholic that seems excessive.

Ok, I finally tried this last night and it wasn't quite what I expected. I expected solid chocolate bars or pieces that looked and tasted at least something like regular chocolate. Instead it was about the size of a small slim granola bar, seemed to be made mostly of puffed rice (or some other grain) in dark chocolate. The dark chocolate taste was reasonably strong at first but seemed to fade into the background a bit as you chewed each bite and the rice dulled the taste. It wasn't bad, but I don't have a new favorite snack.

Never heard of it, and it's not something I'd want to try. By the sound of it, sounds dodgy and rather unhealthy.
