Most women who want to lose weight just end up losing a few pounds and quit the program there on because they don’t see continual progress. In a lot of cases the program makes it worse. I don't think if peoples regulates his daily routine and delay to eat fatty foods. So they can loose his weight and they not face any problem in future.
