Do you eat all fish, beef, pork and chicken or you only eat one or some of them? There are number researches conducted, and many people have a certain view about what they eat following a certain kind of researches. Some only eat fish and other seafood believing that that's the healthy diet. Some only eat meet(beef, pork and chicken). How do you eat? Do you care what to eat?

Rotate different kinds of meat and seafood. Personally, I believe in balanced diet rather than to focus on only vegetable or seafood.

Ideally your own instict (if it still alive) will tell you what to eat and what not to eat.

I wonder if our eating habit is purely created by outside influence(e.g., TV commercials) or we have, what you call, our own instinct.

I eat all of the above but maybe not so much fish. Mostly chicken, in fact. I have too many take-outs and too many 'easy' meals but I like to think I don't eat only rubbish.

I always thought fish and chips was a popular meal in UK, but I guess I was wrong.

Yeah, fish and chips is popular in the UK, you're right. Except it's not very balanced. The fish in F&C is dipped in batter.

Oh, really...? Yeah, fish and chips isn't really that healthy! Laughing Here's a pic for you of a typical 'fish supper' as some people call it:

Is there any classic fish and chips restaurant in UK? Despite the fact that it is not the healthiest food in the world, I'd like to try out, what is considered, the best fish and chips.

Most of them are individual, small businesses. There is one called Harry Ramsden's which is quite famous, though. See http://www.harryramsdens.co.uk/

Well, I say this looks so much better than Burger King and MacDonald's.

My personal favorite is spinach salad. I'm not so crazy about lettuce.
