President Bush accused John Kerry of favoring a government takeover of healthcare. Kerry's camp said his plan would use existing agencies and rely on tax breaks and credits.

Well, healthcare cost is rising under the current administration, so I don't know how President Bush can criticize Senator Kerry, though we don't know if Senator Kerry can make the situation better. |
