iRuleThisForum Joined: 23 Jul 2004 Posted: Sat Dec 25, 2004 8:46 pm	Post subject: Time to start legislating misleading prescription drug ads The Food and Drug Administration has asked the maker of cholesterol-lowering medication Crestor to stop running an advertisement that makes "false or misleading" claims about the drug's safety; a lot of prescription drug ads are viewed misleading, and this has been a pretty hot topic lately. FDA has been criticized to act slowly, but they are finally taking some actions.
