(just kidding) But seriously, this type of thing is becoming a big problem in US, and I presume this is happening in UK as well. Particularly, there are number of weight loss programs and they give instructions on how to lose weight, but they have really no evidence that those who went through the program actually lost weight. In case of TV, it's innocent enough, since you don't really pay to view programs (except for the basic cable fee), but there are programs that charge a lot. Video, DVD, books, seminars, training sessions, etc.

She claimed to have been on the Oprah Winfrey show (or similar) but investigations into that made it clear that it was a pretty tenuous claim. So they're not THAT worried about her!! After all, let's face it, anyone with a bit of nous can be pretty genned up on diet & advise others not to eat junk food but to eat healthily!
