How many times a week do you exercise?

And I don't count things like walking to the shops... I mean going for a run, going swimming (and at least pushing yourself a little), playing football, etc.

I haven't done those for some time. To be honest. Since walking to me is like 1 hour+, I believe I do ok exercise, but what do you think?

Sure... if you're walking for that kind of length of time, it's exercise, but I suspect it's not very aerobic exercise unless you're walking briskly.

That's true. Do you think that it's important to have aerobic exercise? If so, how much should you exercise?

I think it's important to have something that cardio-vascular. I usually do something at least once a week in that line, but prefer to do something about three times a week.

I haven't done those for some time now, and I can't be proud of it. I should start jogging or something.

Yeah, you should. Why not start your exercise blog thread to document your progress? Smile

LOL... you clearly need some motivation. I wonder if Monica would agree to be your running partner?

I don't know if she'd be, but if she agrees to become my running partner, then it will surely motivate me Wink .

They say you should do 30 minutes of cardio 3 times a week. I don't think I really do this at the moment since I stopped swimming and most of my exercise now is gym work.

Sometimes the bigger you are the less you can lift, due to your longer levers. I'm only 5'5" but can lift twice my body weight quite easily.

Wow, that's very very impressive. You've been doing weight lifing for some time along with swimming?
