I have just added a Drug Manufacturer Database to my health tools. Let me know what you think and if it would be useful.

Irule - You had mentioned a food database. Was it along these lines?

It's a big list, impressive list. But this is really a list of prescription drugs, isn't it? How come it says "Drug manufacturer"?

Yeah, this is the kind of list I will be making. It's not exactly coming along yet.

When you click on each prescription drug it gives you the manufacturers information. Thanks for the feedback as I will write a bit of an explanation on the actual tools page. It helps a great deal to get peoples first reaction.

I'm working on a food additive database although its real slow going. Im not sure what direction it will end up taking.

Cheers

I have another question. Why do you decide to create the list of drug manufacturers? I think people are generally interested in drugs but not drug manufacturers. No?

There are a good amount of people looking for the manufacturer information either to request information or research further.

Also the Guidelines and Notes are pretty good on a lot of the drugs.

I am working on a more informational page for each drug now also, possibly with a interactions list but I had to put the framework in first before taking that step
