LOS ANGELES Anthem Incorporated is suing California's insurance commissioner.

The suit filed today in Los Angeles Superior Court stems from the commissioner's blocking of Anthem's proposed merger with WellPoint Health System. The deal would have created the nation's largest health insurer.

Millions of dollars will be spent and money originally came from those who wanted to have valuable and, to some, necessary access to healthcare system. Wonderful.
