Post subject: Your biggest achievement
What's your best ever achievement through committing yourself to exercise?
For example, have you exercised and gone on to win an event or set a PB that you are particularly proud of?

Kind of makes me laugh and I'm not so sure if this is categorized into "exercise", but I used to take dance classes and performed on stage a couple of times and also competed in some competitions. I guess I call that achievement.

That's pretty good. Apparently, you guys are not only good at making websites and writing computer programs and stuff, but also you all have some other talent.

My best run ever, I think, was over 14 and a half miles of hills, and I completed it in around 1h 41m. I was fitter then.

My greatest achievement was playing the entire game in basketball in provinicials, and winning.
It was the accumulation of all of the training that I did the previous year. In that game I had 20 points, 15 assists and 35 rebounds.
Recently I have just been happy to get to the gym for 3 days a week. It is amazing how you have so little time when the real world starts to get nutty.

well this goes back a few year -- god i feel old -- i ran a 1:59 800m in high school -- that 2 minute barrier was a huge and was a 21 second improvement from my best time freshman year to senior year -- not bad for a guy that wasn't supposed to be much of an athlete

I swam the English Channel between England and France when I was 14 - took 6 months of intensive training to get used to the temperatures and currents.
