I never really had much health issues, but I have been having some weight issues in the last few years since I got married. I guess I just getting relaxed in my life. I am wanting to get back in to shape and I plan on starting somethign new Monday.

Good choice! Now he'll just HAVE to get the exercise - besides exersising the elbow! Now all you've got to do is teach your son to go fetch the dog everytime he asks him to fetch a beer!
