It looks to me that the related topics column is only showing topics related to what's in the recent topics column rather than being related to the topic you're on. eg go to a topic on this "Suggestions & Feedback" forum and the related topics are all about diet!

It would be great if this could be changed so it rather reflects a list related to the topic you're viewing!
