HOSPITALS and NHS premises across Yorkshire and the Humber are being urged to go smoke free in support of voluntary smoking bans in towns and cities.

And although Goole Hospital does not currently have a smoking policy, it does not have designated public smoking areas either...

It's a funny concept; it seems like you could actually isolate certain air from the rest of the building.

Well, in fact you could. It's called ventillation.

What I'd be interested to see is how to filter all the toxic gases produced by industry and motor vehicles all over the place.
