Noraa Joined: 04 Sep 2006 Posted: Mon Sep 04, 2006 4:31 pm	Post subject: Walking.. I don't really like exercising a lot.. if it weren't for walking my dog I'd probably never leave the couch. Now I was wondering how many hours a day a person should walk.. I've heard somebody say that it's healthy to walk for about 30 minutes to and hour a day. Is this right or should it be more?

If you walk for an hour or so a day, I'd risk saying that you can stay pretty healthy; that's probably a sufficient amount of exercise.
