Post subject: Article: Taking Care of Acne Problems as an Adult
Acne is a skin problem that does not just effect teenagers. Many adults struggle with acne, too. Acne is caused by bacteria in the pores of the skin. It can be damaging to the skin and to a persons self esteem. Acne is embarrassing and it doesn’t look good. Fortunately, proper skin care and little help from a professional can make all the difference when it comes to acne.
Acne can be caused by a few different things. Mainly, though, it is caused by a build up of debris in the pores of the skin which gets trapped and allows for the growth of bacteria. The pore becomes inflamed and fills with puss and the acne appears.
The skin naturally produces oils. These oils come through the skins pores. If the pore is blocked then the oil gets trapped. Pores get blocked by debris like dirt, make up and dead skin cells that get down into them. Once debris gets into a pore if it is not removed then acne can occur.
To keep the pores clean you must follow a good skin care routine. You have to clean your skin to remove debris on the surface. Then you must tone your skin to get down in pores and clean them. Finally you need to moisturize to prevent the over production of oil. Following these three steps every morning and every night can really help to fend off acne.
If you are struggling with a sever case of acne you may have a bigger problem. Sometimes hormones can be to blame for your acne problem. If following a skin care routine does not help your acne problem then you should seek the help of a professional. A dermatologist should be able to help you by providing advice or medication to help take care of your acne.

But don't overdo it and get a sunburn! Remember to use sun

A buddy of mine uses it and it works absolute wonders. The commercials aren't lying. He said it's the only thing that's ever worked for him.
