Aaron the golf handicap came down cause I got a membership package so have been playing once a week compared to once a month. I was hitting 400-500 practice balls per week but my game was stagnant cuase its different when you get out there and really play. |

Well, last summer, I started exercising over 3 hours at 24 hour Fitness. I did cardio for an hour, then I lifted weights, and played basketball. I dropped about 60 pounds in 3 months. |
