I am a 55 years old male. I have a history of type 2 diabetes running in my family. My weight is under control and I exercise regularly. Four years ago my blood sugar was 6.5 mg/dl and now I have brought it down to 6.2 mg/dl. Indian doctors do not consider me diabetic but a French doctor says I have type 2 diabetes. Can you tell me which out of this is correct? What precautions should I take, other than avoiding sugar? Is it possible to correct my sugar level through diet and exercise? |

I agree with TVD... going to an actual doctor is going to be your best bet. Getting general information online is ok but for more serious diagnosis, you should always consult your doctor. |

Some doctors tell you that you do have diabetes, but others say you don’t …??? Diet is critical actually. Too many people don’t make any effort to change their diet and this is a big problem. Proper diet alone can actually make you stay pretty healthy even if you have diabetes. |

I took injections for years and barely kept my diabetes in check. Then one of my firends told about this guy named kevin trudeau and a book he wrote called "Natural Cures They Don't Want You To Know About". i read that book last year and started doing what he said, in three months later after i did all he said i was barely taking one injection a month and now my body is producing it's own insulin and i never worry about my levels and live a great active lifestyle. Just something to think about. it worked for me. |
