Does anyone have any health related resolutions for 2008?

I have a couple one is to drop my body-fat % to 20 and another is to squat my body weight for 8 reps, and bench 200 for 8 reps.

I am only about 1/2 way there for both

good goals.
mine are fitness related, but more along the lines of getting consistent again in the gym and going 3-5 days every week vs the 2-4 average I had in 2007

I am not sure if that really is a direct line. I believe in some socialist ideas, but I think that most of them can be developed through a capitalist system.

Socialism lol. In america? You're crazy. Will never happen.

My goals are to make enough money to work from home full time and do what I want when I want.

Do you mind me asking what your "Work from Home" projects are?

I have a long term plan to be completely self-sufficent and be able to work from anywhere in the next 5 years. Current;y I am going to be going the consultant route with my day job profession

My goals are to quit smoking for good. Get my porphyria (rare genetic illness) under control and stay out of the hospital for the whole year. I'd also like to get back to working out and get in shape again, back to where I was before I started getting sick back in 2006.
