No, I don't eat instant packaged oats, as I don't enjoy them. I buy either organic oats, or a clear fresh pack of dried oats, and than put it in a pan and heat it, with the milk and fruit and nuts.

My father eats those instant packaged ones, and then heats them in the microwave. I'm not too keen on them, as I prefer the fresh ones.

I quite like the larger oats, as they are so very yummy and nutritious

I like the instant ones if I am in a rush. I agree that the natural real ones are much better, but sometimes no time!

Ever thought of taking on a different approach? There is time for everything, as you can easily switch on the button, to create the time needed for yourself, as you can easily switch it off. It's just a matter of choice.

You can still find time to feed yourself properly, even with what I'm sure is a beautiful baby boy. Smile

Remember in the oldern days, people got by and they never had ready made meals.

I'm probably being too persistent now, but am just enabling you to see, that you do have a choice in the food that you eat, and that time isn't an issue, in the cause of eating proper food.

I think it's a bad habit to add sugar to most cereals. I add fruit to cold cereals and a little brown sugar or honey to some hot cereals.
