I used to be a 4. Then I attended a few seminars put on by health specialists, and immediately changed my habits, took it up to about 8.5.

I've relaxed a little, I'm down to about 8 now I'd say. Gotta get back on that 100% pumpernickel!!!

9/10 for me, as I have a bit of savoury sweets once in a while, but only home made traditional ones instead. Razz

1. You have to learn to enjoy the healthy food : vegetable and fruits
2. Vegetarian food also good to health and diet program
3. Drink the apple juice for the menu of breakfast.
4. Limit the sweet food and sugar
5. Drink the multivitamin
6. Limit the alcoholic and light beverage.

Hi
It doesn't matter the quantity of food people take each day thinking they are healthy. To be healthy one need to take a balanced diet.

Stay away from white breads... also don't eat anything with High Fructose Corn Syrup in it. Which is a lot of food!! It actually makes you store fat..

Stay away from anything high in sugar, fat, and calories.
If you want something sweet, try a piece of fruit. Don't eat too many processed foods and if you do want to indulge, don't go overboard.
If you want a cookie, eat it, but only one.

for healthy food ,i am always use oily product like soybean and other
,if you are really want to take proper nutrition than you will really fit in health
