We had a discussion about sea veg (seaweed, etc.) a while back. We haven't touched on this topic recently, so I want to bring this up again. Do you like sea veg (seaweed, etc.)? Do you eat them often? |

I've actually been thinking of getting a few recipes & start having a few seaweed dishes for a change.

You should be able to get seaweed in South Africa somewhere. As for seaweed dishes, if you like salad, you can make seaweed salad. That's an easy one, and if you like seafood, you can put (boiled or steamed) fish and other seafood as well. You can make it seafood salad. Soup is also easy to make. |

But what kinds of seaweed do you recommend? And are there kinds to seriously avoid when going "seaweed picking"? |

Seaweed is indeed very nutritional, especially if picked straight from the sea. I quite like it cooked. Mmmmm |

I eat sushi about 3 times a week. Started eating sushi a ton when I lived in NYC and continued until this day.

We never made it at home, but we have talked about doing that! It's definetly far cheaper, and you can be as creative as you want, when adding on ingredients. |
