Post subject: You are what you eat.
There is a show on BBC America that talks to people that have very unhealthy eating habits. They take the couple in, discuss their diet and do a physical exam - and give them an alternative plan for what they should be eating to improve their lives. I've seen two episodes that really changed my point of view on my diet... I highly recommend viewing it if you get the chance... it might show you some easy ways you can change your diet or scare you straigh if you're a junk food junkie.

I think the statement 'you are what you eat' is very interchangeable, as eating habits are very much the outcome of your inner feelings and emotions. Therefore, the eating can easily be changed to suit a mood. I think it's essential to be aware, of how you feel when you pig out on certain foods to enable, you to understand yourself better. I don't think people coming along and determing, what their lifes are, are a wise choice, as in some regards they are invanding and influencing to be a certain way, just because they think they have more power over them. I think 'you are what you eat' is true, on an ever changing basis, as you encounter different experiences.

Yeah, and I'm an alien lol.
Me too. That's all that counts, you being happy with what you eat. If your not, than what's the point? It's like not having a mouth to taste with.
