Post subject: Do you feel as though you're getting older?
They say you're only as young as you feel.
More recently, I've felt as though I'm getting older - a little. I'm not as fast on a football field... I get twinges sometimes where I didn't... I think my flexibility is less good... and so on.
Do you feel as though you're getting older at all?

So you think, that your body is a sign of old age?
I don't believe in ageism. I don't feel like I am getting older in any sense of the word. What I feel is that I am more open, double loving and I am unveiling more knowledge to those around me. This is in linkage of own experiences, and understanding of who I am.

Less of the old, please! I think my body isn't able to do things that it used to be.
I know this is a question that I'm not supposed to ask a lady... but may I ask how old you are?

Ageism is not something to believe or not. It always happen to each human being on this planet. I am 31 at the moment and I know what is happening inside me. I am not that sharp when I was 22.

This is what I tought when I read that statement, which is why I asked about age. If still in your 20s, then I guess you might think that you're always going to feel the way you do.
Don't get me wrong - I'm all in favour of 'being young at heart' but none of us can really get away from getting older. It happens to us every day!

What I meant, is that I don't believe in the mental associations often deriving from it's contextual preference, as I understand where they originate from. I welcome aging with arms wide open, as I think it's the most natural thing in the world, and I love seeing my body changing. Like for instances, I am very happy with my selection of white hairs. They started collecting themselfs at the age of 17. I am also quite happy with the difference in the skin condition of my hands, though by face I am often mistaken for looking at least 16, when in fact I am 26 of age.

lately I do feel older. I feel my age is the expression and sometimes that really sucks, since I have always been very energetic and mobile

What does that mean?
Mental associations in regards to Social Culture. Although I understand the various underlying principles that different people relate when using 'old' and 'young', it is not something that is within my own reach as I've never used these terms in dialogue or speech, as I don't have any mental associations with them.
