Post subject: Re: My right little finger hurts

Do your fingers also look like they have received a frost bite? Do they look redder than the others?
As I tend to get that sometimes, especially on my little finger too.
I have found out that, it's because the finger is not receiving the natural flow of blood properly, and the circulation has been cut. Usually being on the computer increases the stop of circulation even more, and what I do sometimes is clasp my hands and then open them again, and keep doing that for a while as an exercise. What it does it releases the blood from the tips and allows the circulation to function again properly. This is visible when being away from the computer.

For me, it was an emotional blockage that was causing my little finger to react in the way it was, and that's why the blood flow did not circulate properly.

I probably ought to get one of those. I can touch type and I guess that helps if you're using that kind of keyboard.
