Is this an indication of the food industry's dictating how we eat?

I'm not so sure. People still have choices. I think the people should have the ability to dictate what the food industry does to some extent.

They should, but I often wonder when I see those frozen food, pasta, chicken cutlet, pork chop, fried rice and what not lined up in grocery store.
