I found this site here that sells special thingies for cleaning out the nasal passages..

http://www.momentum98.com/tongue.html#neti

However, in Spain this is done without recourse to anything other than the hands. Sea water is used, or ordinary water with sea salt diluted in it. You just breathe in the water from your cupped hands (a bit like a snort) & spit it out straight away. This is done several times & clears your nose of mucous & any other nasties. Works like a dream.

Does anyone ever do this?

Do you actually go to the ocean or you bring sea water to your house if you don't live close to the ocean?

I posted a reply to this yesterday, and it has disappeared! Shocked

No - I don't sell these products!! Confused

If you don't live near the sea, the other option is to dissolve sea salt in warm water & use that. Sea salt can be bought in most stores, and is also the healthiest kind of salt to use in your food.

I swear I didn't delete anything. Maybe some accident? Response just didn't reach the server for some reason? I don't know.

Strangely enough....one of these artefacts appeared on tonight's episode of Six Feet Under!!

What an odd coincidence - I'd never heard of them before!

AL-R-G is a formula to aid in allergies (environmental as well as food), with a more long term approach via the immune system and liver de-toxifying.

Well, alcohal is used as a solvent in many extracts, medicines. It applies to herbal as well as western medicine. And no, it is not your Chivas Regal. Laughing

My mind tells me, ... "Chivas Regal is a good medicine, Chivas Regal is a good medicine, Chivas Regal is a good medicine, ..."
