Help me out here, I had lower back pain for a year now and all has been done is once or twice a month visits to a physio and doesnt know why. It drives me crazy that I have constant pain and cant get away from it, sometimes is not much but other times I cant survive without painkillers. Any ideas how to get rid of the pain? And tears from feeling so tired all the time?
