1-exercise releases tension and stress, whether its working out at a gym, or doing a sport such as tennis, swimming or running.

Having grown up close to the sea, I can't be too long away from it, not that I'm much into watersports or anything. Just the smell of it, and to be able to see it. |

Living close to water gives you some comfort and peace. I like taking a walk on the beach. After I walk for a half and hour or so, suddenly I'd start feeling better. |

Kinda just drift off to another place... really relaxing! Went to the nearby beach yesterday. I had to take of a bunch of paperwork, and I felt kind of caught up. Spending half an hour or so, just feeling the air, listening to the sound gave me peace. |
