Alcohol beverages and coffee, to make a long story short and put it in lament terms, make your kidneys work very hard, and also it urges you to use restroom so often. I wonder if soda and juice do the same. |

Psycho-somatically, urinating a lot is related to 'letting go' of pressure in your life, involving anticipatory fears or stress related conditions. The psychological pressure is often 'shifted down' into the bladder in the form of actual physical pressure. Can you remember what was happening in your life when the bladder probs started? Perhaps those issues have been dealt with now, and you need to let go of them? Having a really good cry might help!! As for sleeping well, we've recently been discussing this on my forum, and people are having great success by putting an amethyst under their pillow!! Thais, Wow that's extremely interesting. I suffer from depression which causes me to have anything from insomnia, anxiety, dizziness, etc. I'm a 'high strung'/tense/anxious person, and my day has to nearly go perfect in order for me to fall asleep easily. Oh I can cry:D I don't hold back my tears, and yes, it's extremely relieving afterwards. I believe there's some type of chemical released... |
